Seeing a doctor in India often means a long wait and a rushed few minutes — and anxious, hurried patients forget the things that matter. Mercurie starts earlier, and calmer: a patient simply describes what's wrong in plain, natural speech — no forms, no jargon, and in Indian languages, not just English. There's no clock ticking; the patient sets the pace, and Mercurie turns that conversation into a clear summary ready for their chosen clinic to review. This is the first step of the journey.
Nurse Portal
The patient's request lands straight in the clinic's triage inbox. Instead of a messy voice note, the nurse sees a clean, AI-structured summary of the symptoms with a clear sense of urgency attached — a patient reporting chest pain is surfaced ahead of one with a mild fever. Because the clinic knows what each patient is coming in for before they arrive, appointments can be scheduled deliberately rather than first-come, first-served. The nurse then routes the request to the right doctor — a clean handoff, with nothing lost between the patient's words and the doctor's inbox.
Doctor Portal
The case reaches the doctor, where Mercurie does the most to stretch scarce clinician time without cutting corners on care. Not every patient needs the same slow door into the hospital — the doctor picks the right level of care for each case, from a quick video consult to an in-person visit when it truly matters. The AI Scribe turns the spoken prescription into a structured, accurate clinical note in seconds, and Clinical Decision Support suggests investigations, medications, and a management plan for the physician to edit and approve — a second set of eyes, never a decision made without the doctor.
Cloudphysician Pilot
A real-world implementation during pilot runs at Cloudphysician. Mercurie's AI-powered tools generate high-fidelity patient notes from complex ICU consultations between intensivists and bedside doctors.
Status
Patient underwent THR prosthesis and cage removal under general anesthesia. Currently in ICU on a ventilator, on norepinephrine, and deeply sedated with fentanyl and midazolam. He is on CPAP mode.
Diagnoses
- Post-operative state following THR prosthesis and cage removal
Todo
- Try weaning norepinephrine overnight if blood pressure is more than 110-120.
- Wait until morning for extubation; keep patient on ventilator overnight.
- Get ABG now.
- Perform CBC and RFT tomorrow morning.
- Reduce midazolam and try to wean off by morning; keep fentanyl.
